This morning, I checked the weather. Rain is coming this afternoon and all night. Then, when I walked outside, I saw that the peonies are just starting to bloom.
I love peonies, but once they bloom, a hard rain will knock them all down. 
I quickly took some pictures and am hoping they will be around tomorrow.
My tree peony (see below) also bloomed.
